Waste Wool to Working Wool

  • Spokane Zero Waste Online Event Spokane, WA, 99201 United States (map)

Let’s help farmers and nature flourish together!

Wool is an amazing material, it can be used as insulation, fertilizer, and of course for producing amazing textiles. Unfortunately many sheep producers burn or landfill the fleeces they shear due to a lack of market opportunities.

In this webinar we'll learn from Amy Dufault of the SE New England Fibershed how to change that and begin the process of creating (or re-creating) a new fiber economy here in our region.

If you are a wool producer, processor, textile artist, clothing designer or local farmer interested in higher yields and less chemicals than this webinar is for you.
